Objective: This article describes management of surgicalwound dehiscence. in a cesarean section.Method: Case report.Case: A 39 years-old woman, P4, presented with reddish puscoming out from open surgical wound on day 4 following acaesarean section. Laboratory fi ndings revealed conditionof Hypoalbuminemia, leukocytosis, and Staphylococcusaureus was detected pus the base. Upon theresuturing, dressed antimicrobial wounddressings pad changed every 12 hours. After 3 days,the modern gel pad, days plannedfor necrotomy afterwards. presence dry, granulationtissue observed before resuturing.Conclusion: Selection dressing regimen shouldbe individualized according to wounds. Modernantimicrobial can be good therapy optionfor dehiscence after caesarean section.Keywords: site infection, wound, wounddehiscence.Tujuan: Artikel ini melaporkan tata laksana dehisensi lukaoperasi seksio sesarea.Metode: Laporan kasus.Kasus: Seorang perempuan tahun, datang dengankeluhan nanah kemerahan keluar dari luka operasi terbukapostoperasi sesarea hari ke-4. Temuan laboratorium:Hipoalbuminemia, leukositosis, dan kultur dasar luka. Sebelum penjahitankembali, dibalut dengan pembalut bantalan lukaantimikroba yang diresapi hidrogel, digantisetiap jam. Setelah hari, danpembalut antimikroba denganhidrogel, diganti setiap direncanakan untuknekrotomi. dilakukan kembali, tampakkering jaringan granulasi.Kesimpulan: Regimen pembalutan harus disesuaikandengan kebutuhan masing-masing Pembalut dapat menjadi pilihan terapi baikuntuk bedah setelah sesarea.Kata kunci: luka, infeksi operasi, operasi.
